The printing market is always changing: no matter what the effect of the Holographic Films and transfer Holographic Films, the production is inseparable from the interlocking laser molding plate, pressing laser graphics and text, coating, slitting, transfer, ripening and other processes. 

 Production of Holographic Film

 1. Laser molding plate, Laser molding plate is the core production link of holographic film. It can be said that the casting level of the laser molded version determines the production quality of the holographic film. Casting laser molded plate is completely different from the plate making in the printing process, and the requirements are also different. The laser molded version is made of special metal sheet by special electrocasting. It is reported that the plate has strong hardness and flexibility. It cannot be deformed under high temperature baking, and there are no small defects in the layout when observed under a magnifying glass. Therefore, the casting quality requirements of the laser molded plate are very demanding, and the plate is also very expensive. A high-strength imported original laser molded plate is worth more than one million yuan. The use of the laser molded version also needs to be very careful about layoffs. There should be no small collisions when wiping and maintenance, and there should be no oil or water splashes on the laser molded plate; otherwise, the product will be scrapped. 

 2. Coating Generally, there are two materials for the price of Holographic Film, one is OPP and the other is PET. The former can be printed directly on it, while the latter can't. If you want to press the laser picture and text on the PET base film, you must first apply a very thin special paint on the PET base film, and then press the laser picture and text. When coating special coatings, we should not only ensure the appropriate viscosity, but also master the amount of coating. The coating process should be carried out in a sealed, dust-free, constant temperature and constant humidity environment. 

 3. The principle of pressure laser graphics and text is to press the laser mold plate directly on the film substrate or special coating at high temperature to form a light refraction point detection system and instrument of unevenness and different sizes. After light, the diffuse reflection of different wavelengths of light will make the holographic film show rainbow light. There are three elements of square force. If the control of these three elements is not accurate enough, there will be serious quality defects such as chromatic aberration, dark spots, white spots, water lines, folds, cloud flowers, hemp spots, laser graphics and text and light column deformation, and unstable tension. These defects will bring trouble to future printing, and even make the holographic film impossible to be put into printing production. 

 4.  Vacuum spray plating is acquired after the compression laser graphics and text are completed. If you want to achieve the metal effect, you need to spray a layer of gold foil on the pressed laser picture and text. Here, a vacuum aluminum plating machine is mainly used to atomize different metal wires in the vacuum container through a strong current and cover the pressed holographic film. The spray plating process can be aluminum plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, copper plating, iron plating, etc., and can be plated with matte plain surface, bright mirror surface and other effects. The vacuum spraying effect is determined by the metal material used.
